A project by Jacopo Natoli
Flusso is an endless montage of fragments taken at random from open archives, museum collections, libraries, news, social networks, video and audio platforms across the web. It comes in four forms: video, still images, text and sound.
Nothing is chosen in advance. The viewer only sets the conditions: the rhythm, what to look for, how much to blur, which sources to draw from. The rest is left to chance, and to what people have put online.
Every fragment keeps its origin. The caption names its title, author, year and source, with a link back to the original.
